The staff member at the window was talking with another staffer at the counter about another customer! I said to him "you have a customer here and that's not a cool thing to do." He barely mumbled a response. My food was cold and the bun was stale. The Cranberry location is MUCH better. I just read another review here about food prep without gloves! I won't be back.
