    Got here at 723pm. Drive through. Took 20min to get food. Feel bad for the employees. VERY VERY under staffed. Young man doing orders is also giving out food. Very professional and hard working.

    Food took so long I was able to read all the reviews and leave one myself. Pack it up yall. Go to la bellas, you'll get a nice meal faster than you'll get these moose ankle burgers

    This is the worst mcdonald's i've ever been to by far in my life. Every time I come here, I have to wait for over 30 minutes for food, i've tried to order counter pickup and the doors are always locked, at that point I wait FOREVER to grab my food at the window, where its ice cold, so dont bother.. You could butcher and cook your own cow in the time it takes this mcdonalds to prepare a single cheese burger. 💀

    FAST food not provided fast. Not even meandering. My grandma moves faster and she's 90. Go have a sit down restaurant dinner. Go start a crockpot dinner. It'll be done before you get through the line at this location and the food will be better. I wish I was kidding.

    There are a select few employees who work hard —- this is not a reflection of them. Since the new ownership this location has gone downhill. They clearly don’t care about customers or employees. Each drive thru visit in the last few months takes 30-45 minutes. Every single visit. I worked for MCDS for 10 1/2 years and I have never seen a drive thru move so slow. Something has to change. Once we finally get the food it’s always cold. I’m assuming it’s being made haphazardly and then just sitting there. Cold sandwiches and cold fries because the line isn’t moving.. very frustrating. I hope that the owners attempt to fix this disaster.
