We were there last evening (Saturday), little after 7:00. They acted in a rush which made me ask what time they close, I thought we must have walked in at closing time. Then they said we couldn't dine in because there were only 2 people working. A little after 7:30 when we drove by it looked closed. (They had said they were open till 8:00 when I had asked.)

My biggest complaint and feedback for the staff is to train their young team members on the importance of good customer service. I felt like a huge inconvenience when I ordered and was rushed. I planned to order 3 subs and only ordered 2 because of how unkind the young man was taking my order. I felt as if my existence annoyed him. I was with my young daughter who also wanted chips and he was annoyed to have to add it to the total after he walked away. Overall very uncomfortable experience. I hope they take the time to read this and make adjustments because it’s such a simple but important thing in business!
