Speed of service is your whole game and you’re not good at it. Whoever bought this one the last time it sold can you please sell it to someone else that understands the game

After paying $36.52 for two meals on the app, I was told something was wrong with their system and I would need to reorder to get my order. You wait forever there so here I thought ordering on their app was a safe bet to have faster service…turns out I was very wrong. This woman was rattled from the second I asked to speak to a manager and clearly does not know how to properly deal with the public and has zero customer service skills. All I really wanted were some nugs 🙄
