The bathroom is locked, and you have to ask for a key at the register — which already feels humiliating — only to find no soap (just an empty dispenser and pool of soap on the floor) and no bathroom tissue inside. The atmosphere is messy and uncomfortable — more like a busy market than a coffee shop. The “seating area” is just a few random armchairs pushed together with some huge box lying on one of the tables. Honestly, it makes you want to leave right after walking in.

- JBJ BoogieJul 22, 20251.0I saw an advertisement for the cookie dough frozen coffe and wanted to give it a try so I came to this location since it's the closest one to my house. I've been here a few times and never had any serious issues although one time I think the indian lady at the counter couldn't understand what I was saying and messed up my order a little. But on this day they seemed like they were having trouble with the machine that blends the ice for the frozen coffee. So I told the guy at the counter I would just get something else if the machine was broken but he was like no its ok we got it working again. So finally I get my one drink after waiting 10 minutes for them to fix the machine. The drink tasted fine but I couldn't drink half of it because it was just one solid chunk of ice frozen together. So I go to dump out the melted ice the next day and a piece of grey plastic bag pours out the cup. The only grey plastic bags they have at that location are the trashbags. That probably explains why my stomach was a mess all night. That really makes me question the cleanliness of this place. But seriously though, how does a piece of trash bag end up in the ice machine in the first place? Is somebody just not changing their gloves after taking the trash out? I don't get it. But either way I'm not coming back to this place ever again.
