- MMmatthew millerFeb 18, 20265.0I feel bad that the fruitville Pike branch has changed ownership several times over the years, but quality remains consistently good. Sandwiches always with fresh ingredients and there's no substitute for those rolls! Very clean and well maintained environment. Friendly staff.

The only one they got right was the ham and cheese which was supposed to be just the meet and cheese. Also we didn’t get our sides of pickles or peppers. My wife also had to wait for the order when she got there (right at 6:49pm when pick up was supposed to be) and had to wait longer than expected and there was no one else in the restaurant. Pretty upset with the service and quality of the sandwiches especially for the price of $30. BIG disappointment for primos. The quality has been on the slide down but this is an all time low.

Honestly the best work the employees do is making great sandwiches. Primo has great bread as a base. The construction and composition never disappoint. Be aware, thier sandwiches can get big.

Finally ordered a few times for a “personal” hoagie and my goodness, why get one anywhere else? High quality ingredients, thinly sliced meats, and assembled with care. Highly recommend, especially over the standard “MTO”. Price is definitely in line with what you get, and the specials for signing up are actually worth being bothered by the text messages 🤣.
