We get home, and I open the bag. Instead of Big Macs, we were given two six-piece McNuggets and only one fry container. Shame on us for not checking the order before we drove away!! Twenty bucks for 12 McNuggets!!! Ridiculous!!! Then I try calling the number to the restaurant and it doesn't even ring, it just hangs up!!!

My elderly aunt drove back to request the missing patty. They basically threw a sausage patty in a bag then at her. NO APOLOGY. Rude. I told her to call and speak to the manager. It was THE MANAGER who did that to her!! Pathetic. No respect. My aunt says the drive thru staff are always kind and friendly which is the only positive note on this dump. Check yourself, Ma’am. You know who you are.
- MMMoNov 30, 20251.0The woman working the drive through stopped in the middle of taking our order multiple times, we could hear loud laughter in the background so I assume she was having a conversation with a coworker. She got our order wrong (probably because she was not listening while taking it) and when we tried to correct her (which took multiple attempts as she was not paying attention) she became argumentative that *we* were wrong about what we had ordered. Ended up leaving without food. Totally understand having fun and joking at work but it would have been preferred if we just had to wait a little longer for initial service and were able to actually be served by an attentive employee than be treated poorly and made to feel like we were interrupting by trying to order.
