Walked inside and saw a bag on the counter and assumed it was mine but I waited patiently to ask what the name was on the bag. 5 minutes goes past and I wasn't even acknowledged for standing at the counter. Finally after someone seen I was there, she asked me what I needed and I said I was there to pick up "Named" order, she said it wasn't ready and they were still working on it so I waited. 10 minutes pass and I asked how much longer... Turns out the bag that was on the counter was the bag "that wasn't ready yet" so I waited 15 minutes for nothing and the food was already cold and nasty. Gotta love no customer service. They see you standing there and they act blind. Why even have an inside if they pay no mind to the customers?
