We came in at 10:56 PM, and the restaurant was supposed to close at 11:00 PM, yet we were told they couldn’t take our order because they were “closing soon.” I work in fast food myself, so I understand how closing works — if a restaurant closes at 11, orders should still be taken until then unless stated otherwise. On top of that, the staff’s tone has been consistently rude. Instead of being greeted with “How can I help you?” we were met with “What do you want?” and “What else?” said in an annoyed tone. Customers deserve basic respect. If staff are unhappy working late, that shouldn’t be taken out on people who are simply ordering during posted business hours.

It consistently takes 15+ minutes to get food from this location despite the fact that there are usually at least two or three people just standing behind the register. But at least they have IBC root beer.
