We ordered an iced latte with oat milk, cookie butter syrup, and cookie butter cold foam. When I handed it to us it did not have cold foam on it, they added a cold friend but it wasn't the right one. To find out, it did not have the cookie butter syrup in it either, we took it back in the only thing they did was add cookie butter cold foam with cookie butter crumbles. We ordered a vanilla bean latte and they asked if we wanted it Frozen, I only thought they came Frozen.
