At this point I'm thinking about not using Capital One as a bank if this is how their employees treat people. Update: I went back a few days later. While using the ATM I couldn't get one of my twenties to deposit. I was told that there's nothing they can do. I ask if they could switch it out with a 20 in the register. They said no, and just stared at me like I asked them to give me their car. Due to these issues and the fact that it's incredibly hard to deposit money in the Philadelphia area, I'm just changing banks at this point and I suggest you do too.

Whether the men are dating, engaged, or married, some associate (s) will flirt right with them right in front of you. Professionally: there are a very few who remain professional and that excludes management. There is about maybe 1 or 2 professional workers who work there while the rest go around being inappropriate, not caring that they put everyones business out there for everyone to hear. The only thing remotely good that I would give 1/2 a star for is the food. Other than that, it’s not even worth going there.

While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
