This morning I was at the drive though and in the middle of my order (2drinks and 4 sandwiches), when I went back and restated my drink order requesting oat milk instead of regular milk. The lady who was taking my order said the drink had already been made. I explained that I was not done with my order yet and I that my daughter was allergic to milk and requested again for oat milk instead her latte. We had three cars before us in line. When I came to the pick up window, the woman said we had already made your drink with regular milk and now would have to throw it away. I informed her again that I needed oat milk because of her lactose intolerance. I specifically asked her if the latte she was giving me was made with oat milk. She said it was. My daughter drank the latte and had been really sick with excruciating stomach pain, diarrhea and nausea.
