Today I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy meal and received the Spicy McCrispy meal. I paid for 2 packets of sweet-n-sour sauce, because they now charge for them, which I did not receive. I did not realize the mistake until I was back at my office and didn't open every container of food in my car to make sure it was correct. When I called the store to complain, the person who answered the phone literally said to me "what do you want me to do for you". Customer service sucks! So now, I have no lunch today (yes it went in the garbage) because I can't just leave work to go back and have it fixed.
