Food was okay. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil though. One McFlurry was made with care while the other was not and was only half way full. Overall just weird interaction at the window.

We are not from here. We ordered then went to the window and payed, nobody told us where to go to so we stop at the next window nobody’s there. So we go to the next window. My husband says to the guy I wasn’t sure which window to go to, the guys says never this window unless your told too, that cause the confusion. Note the is a manage. I will never go back! He was just down right ignorant

Good on the food but to go up for a refill was crazy 10 mins for a refill wth thats what happens when you want everyone on a computer rather then taking to someone or just going to get the refill then they don’t even speak loudly

I ordered a sandwich that had bacon in the name, yet is had no bacon. I tried calling the restaurant to report the issue twice but the phone just rang to a beep and a hang up. I also tried using the feedback link suggested in other reviews, but a week later I've not heard or received any response. It's gonna be a hard pass for me considering just a month ago I got some steak egg cheese bagel sandwiches that were not edible due to amount of gristle in both... Now you watch.. Stupid AI response will include a link in the response despite me saying I already made that contact.

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I ordered online and got into the drive thru line. Quite literally 30 minutes later (I have never waited 30 minutes for drive through “fast food” in my life) we were given our cold food, melted milkshake, and told there were no straws. We went next door to the Wendy’s for straws. My 6 year old and 2 year old wouldn’t eat their fries because they tasted so bad. This was a horrific experience and I would NEVER go to this McDonald’s again.
