First and foremost, HUGE shout out to Randy the manager. I placed a delivery order online and when I got the receipt in my email it showed pickup. Annoyed I called the restaurant and the girl that answered the phone said they don't offer delivery which I found odd because it has delivery right on the website. She passed me to a manager who said he sees the order and that someone from doordash will be there by a certain time. When that time came and went I called the restaurant again and spoke with Randy and he assured my someone on his staff will deliver the food. Not only did he have one of his own personal employee's come deliver the food, it was still hot and he threw in a free soda which he didn't have to. The food was amazing. 10/10 on everything from the wings to the cheese steak to the fries and salad... This is how a restaurant should operate. Way to go Randy, the nice girl that delivered and Primanti Brothers for always being so good!

We tried getting her attention, as well as the attention of several other staff members, and were completely ignored. This level of service is far below what I expect from this chain. Extremely disappointing—this location seriously needs better training and oversight, because the staff clearly doesn’t know how to do their job.
