  Always alive BDubs. Waitress made sure to check on us whenever she could. Food came out fast as well.

  Firstly my family loves b-dubs, family of 6 who go there a couple times a month NOW make that colin kid salary! He was literaly running around bussing tables, getting to doordash orders out, greeting people and apologizing and telling them about the wait, jumping in and running food while most the rest stood around talking to eachother. Colins should be manager when we got there it had a wait time of 40 minutes, ok, the problem is they still had around 35% of the tables and booths empty! Front guy said the kitchen manager said to stop seating cause they were busy!! REALLY you got 2 ouy of 5 tables open. But now we get seated cause we are one of the few who waited. Rosey was the worst waiter we had, messed up the sauces, and forgot sauce for some of us all together. forgot to bring our app out so we got it after our meals were brought out, and the sampler was cold as can be. The big sampler. Didnt bring me a spoon for a kids applesauce, Walked past us numerous times and seen all our drinks empty and wouldnt stop unless we called her. Ordered a to go meal for a sick kid, when it was brought out it was on a plate by a random waiter, i told them it was to go and didnt see it again for ten min, saw rosey and told her and she said she will grab it. Then 15 minutes later i see her moving ice around!!! Like comeone. I asked for manager and we took some off my price but at the end of the day it was the worst service i ever had. I went to tall manager ALL my complaints cause i could have lived with anyone of those problems but not all of them. Once i got my first thing out he just said ik its a mess right now and took money off my bill. But should have heard the rest so he could fix the prblem

  Taz and Ashley were horrible waitresses and bartenders. I usually don’t leave bad reviews- but this visit warranted one.

  We waited for about 1/2 and hour with our names on a "list" the never called for us and started seating people who came in after us. Our waitress forgot about our food and told us it wasn't done yet. Then she immediately walked in the back and brought us out all of our food cold. She didn't come back but maybe once to give us waters that we didn't need and then we had to ask for the check. We were in there over an hour and a half and it was cold with shitty service.
