Quality of staff and their desire to deliver is the only variable really. This location was good. Food was hot, and prepared at the time of order. (We waited a bit more than expected for an "on the go" picked up at the counter, but its not an issue either). Staff was polite and welcoming. Access to the restaurant and parking was good. No issue and no concerns
