    The lady in there very unprofessional. Just leaving the store now. Store not supposed to close for the next hour or 2 and she didn’t wanna serve me nothing but donut.

    This place has gone down hill... The woman working The register/making coffees and drinks needs to be retrained on customer service and paying attention. She is rude, does not pay attention and always gets our orders wrong. You spend more time in there than any other dunkin around. Horrible! Will not be back!

    A mobile order here is a punishment. Walk in orders are prioritized. You'll be waiting 10 minutes and someone just walking in the door gets their order before you. This has happened repeatedly and I will not be back again.
