    We did not receive everything we ordered. When we got our food it was cold, not really fit ro eat. We did eat what we received because I was feeling light headed and needed something.

    Has become worst McDonald's ever!!!! Wait forever, food cold when it does come out. Employees "work" as manager sits in booth in front of a laptop. Absolutely pathetic!!!! Very sad to see this happen to a store that used to be pretty reliable. New owners apparently have no clue!!

    Not having to sit in a parking spot after going through the drive through with a mobile order, is like winning the lottery. I don’t know who manages this McDonalds, but it’s the worse.

    I don’t like to complain, but as a manager in the food industry, I’ve noticed a decline here. The 24-hour store concept is great, but food standards shouldn’t drop after certain hours. My order of a Big Mac and two chicken sandwiches was below 95 degrees, far from the safe 140-145 degrees. It took a minute to get my food, raising concerns. Night managers should check food every 30 to an hour. Crew members need to focus; I saw one with long nails touching her mouth and another chatting while holding my food. My sandwiches were also made sloppily.
