I caught the previous one. This time I was in a hurry working 3rd just want my order. A bacon double quarter pounder sandwich meal LARGE, with 6 piece nuggets. I get home and it's just nuggets and fries and fries were half full not like I really care, but where's the main sandwich. I worked fast food in the 90s, they have it so much easier now and still these mistakes happen. I'm done. There's too many other places to eat at. ✌️ Wasted $20 I called and she like your want a refund? No how about mail me something? Why I gotta ride my bike back in?? Then she hung up on me. Done!! now I'm just angry and can't sleep. Ruined my day bc of a McDonald's order not worth it.

I went back after waiting 10 mn to the service window to be told my order was coming! Very disappointing. When I received my order, my fries were lookwarm. I had to request warm ones, then my burgers were lookwarm....an other desapointment. And just a SORRY....not even a simple gesture like a free dessert or a coupon for next time. So sad.

I come today as a dasher and 2 of your employees ready to quit. 3 in grill area, 1 person in drive thro and no wonder people want to leave. The environment isnt ok people are working hard with no good pay and yelling in front of customers is a no no. Do better. And then when you dont do it properly people come back to complain
