Just looked today (3 days later) and they charged me the $16 Maybe I’m misunderstanding the order ahead app concept. But I surely it’s not, take peoples money and return nothing.

- LQLeticia QuintanalOct 25, 20251.0I placed my breakfast order at 10:12. Got to the restaurant at 10:26. It was a drive through order. I get to the speaker before 10:30. They tell me to pull around. I get to the first window the super nice lady gives me a receipt for my mobile order. On the receipt it says hotcakes and an iced mocha. I’m under the impression I’m getting my food. I get to the second window and the girl hands me my drink and tells me to “have a nice day” immediately turns away she doesn’t say anything else. I let her know nicely that I also had the hotcakes. She then proceeded to tell me that breakfast was over and I would receive a refund. I guess she was just planning on letting me leave without telling me I wouldn’t be getting my food. I don’t understand why I can order hotcakes and show up before 10:30 and not get my hotcakes. I drove 17 minutes just to be told I couldn’t get what I ordered after I had to ask why. This isn’t the first time this location has done this to me. About a month ago I ordered food late at night well before closing only to be told they weren’t going to make it and they told me I’d receive a refund but never did. I don’t usually complain but it really sucks when every-time I go here I can’t get the food I ordered.
