Said she was ignored for 15-20m, the lobby had piled furniture in the middle and taped off (No one working on it), dirty and dusty atmosphere, and ALL she ordered was a dozen donuts. People in the back were pacing or on their phones, someone with red hair wasn’t being pleasant, one girl kept wiping up the same spot on the counter instead of helping, and another girl doing the job of three people. The only time she got service was when another worker Jake came in.

Then I am standing there waiting between 5-15 mins for anyone to acknowledge me. I have to wait a total of 15-20 mins to get the order and then leave the store. I have customers often complain of missing items or items being made incorrectly. Currently been here 10 mins, and a girl was standing in the middle of the line on her phone, causing for people to walk around her... and then I find out through hearing them joke about and not telling me directly, that they had the order but gave it to the wrong person... The only saving grace was a gentleman who gave me the order and apologized and was very friendly to me.
