He was real sassy with me. I get to the window and the guy handing me food doesn’t say a single word. He passes out the food and doesn’t even say you’re welcome after i said thank you. I go to eat the fries and they taste like they have been sitting out and not changed. Disgusting. Super disappointing.
- JPJohn PressDec 11, 20253.0The drive through staff need better trained. I've done a customized order repeatedly and on more than 50%of the time when I go to eat the order, it's wrong. I've even asked when I pick up the order if it is corrected have been told it was after they look. I will say that the lady who works at window #1 is very friendly and certainly is not like the poor workers at the other 2 windows. From now on, I will double check my order while parked at the pick-up window before leaving.

The staff does cater to drive through and taking 5 minutes to get an iced coffee is a little ridiculous. I use this McDonald's frequently and will continue to do so. The management team is awesome.
