    Almost $8 for a latte and a hash brown. The hash brown was nearly $3 by itself, and the “latte” was just a sugary cup of slop that barely resembled coffee. I genuinely felt like a sucker walking out. This is a perfect snapshot of modern degradation — overpriced, low quality, slow, careless, and somehow still indifferent about it. Every level of the experience was awful: price, product, and execution. Hard to believe this is what passes for fast food now.

    We ordered nuggets and not only did we have to wait forever to get them, but they were lukewarm, slimey on the inside, and we're full of tendons and other hard bits. One occasionally is expected, it is meat, but every single one has them. Now me and one other person who also tried to eat them once we got home is sick, and thinking about the whole experience makes me nauseous. Never coming back here again

    Takes forever for the food to come out. My family ordered food, it took 25 more minutes for my one family member to get their food compared to everyone else, AND forgot their chicken samdwich. Screwed up my husband's burger, took 20 minutes to get a replacement. Workers have a dont care attitude. This place is absolutely terrible anymore. Get your shit together.

    Used the drive thru and waited 38 minutes for my happy meal and grinch meal. No sorry, no respect, no refund….manager was rude!

    The food was put together very sloppy and hardly wrapped. Also waited quite a bit of time to get our food when it did come out the French fries were cold.
