  My mother and I came thru the drive thru on January 10th and order 2 cheeseburgers a large frie and a diet the cheeseburgers were all ketchup and the we got maybe a smalls worth of fries and the drink tasted like metal. We both are sick to our stomachs and haven't been able to hold anything down since eatting the food.

  8 dollars and some change breakfast meal and wrong sandwich given ..I did not realize until I was at work … not the first time order was wrong

  I drove through December 6th around 6:30 p.m. because I was on my way to work. I got my food and went to work. I opened my quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries and when I opened the sandwich container, the burger looked like it had been dropped on the floor! I don't know exactly what has to go wrong for a burger to look like this but I decided to flip it over. Unfortunately when I removed the bottom bun it was just as bad as the top! It actually looked like a piece of burger was missing so I don't know if it fell apart, stuck to the grill or was dropped but I won't eat that! Mainly because I don't know if it was dropped and I've seen food get dropped at another McDonald's and still served! The worst part about this was, I was at the drive-thru! And I almost think that they did it on purpose because I don't think they would have given this to somebody in the store that could have easily walked up and said this looks wrong can I get another one? That would have been a totally different situation. But in this case they knew I was driving away and so they felt they were safe to give me food that looked like this! And if it wasn't hanging off one side of the bun all messed up like that when I opened the package to take the burger out, I would have never even opened the bun! But since the burger wasn't centered I opened the bun to move the burger over to where it belongs on the bun and saw that it was all mangled. And of course since I was on my way to work I did not have time to go back and request a replacement. So I was stuck with nothing for dinner except cold fries because that meat patty looked like it was kicked across the floor! I work till 3:30 a.m.! Clearly this store can't be trusted to provide edible food through the drive-thru...or maybe you have to inspect it first before leaving? Dunno, but it's very questionable what happened to that sandwich so I wasn't eating it even if I had to starve all night at work. Note: I don't want McDonald's to do anything for me about this, I just want to warn other people. I will never be back here no matter what is said or done on their part.

  I placed a mobile order at the wrong location. Totally my fault, and I was told that they don't own the other location so there wasn't nothing they could technically do. They ended up making my exact order and not charging me anything for my mistake. They didn't have to do anything, but they went above and beyond to help me in the situation I put myself in.
