The Downingtown-Lionville Decline For a long time, locals knew that if you wanted a hot meal and a correct order, you avoided the Downingtown and Lionville locations. However, rather than those branches improving to meet the standard of this one, this location has raced them to the bottom. We are currently witnessing a regional "plummet" where finding a competent McDonald’s in this corridor has become an impossible task.

Unlike many other fast-food places that don’t charge for extra sauce, McDonald’s does — and at this location, even when you pay for it, you only receive it about half the time. It’s frustrating to be charged an extra dollar and then not get what you paid for. After being burned repeatedly, it really takes away from the overall experience, especially since the meal is much less enjoyable without the sauce.
