The amount of time it takes to get through the drive through is unrealistic. I was the 3rd car in line. I only ordered a breakfast wrap and a medium orange juice. Two girls stood in the pay window and took my payment. After waiting about 10 mins they opened the window and asked if I was cashed out to which I replied and said yes, you both already took my payment and they just stood there and staired. When I was finally able to pull forward and get to the food window, the male employee behind that window poured the orange juice, set it down, looked down in the bag and walked away. About 5 mins later, he returned looked down in the bag a second time and slowly walked to the window unsure if it was the correct order and handed it out. There is no excuse for the amount of down time that is happening behind the counter and in the workplace. I would recommend training the staff on customer service and assisting the customers in a timely manner. This is an ongoing pattern at this particular McDonald's.

With full confidence she said “that’s a medium” and that was that. Which whatever fine, but when I drank it, I almost spit it out by how sweet it was. It wasn’t sugar free, and it tasted like it had 1,000 pumps of syrup. I love this McDonald’s, but that’s crazy. (The cup literally has an S for small)
