- KDKeegan DickDec 15, 20251.0I do delivery driving on the side for uber eats. I went to pick up my order and if a bag is required the app tells you it requires a bag. I avoid those orders as l am a new driver and you have to pay 15$ for the bag which I don’t have the money for right now. (This is why I am uber eating) I drove 20 minutes to this restaurant to pick up an order. The older short women working on 12/15/25 was extremely snarky and refused to give me the order without a bag (which I understand is their policy but maybe tell all the delivery apps you work with that for their employee). The employee working there rolled her eyes and said I should know this and continued to scoff and be rude when I told her it’s not required by uber and I didn’t know one would be needed. Very rude women.

The instructions from my dash app mentioned if they dont have a bag for me at store no worries I can still continue with order. The older guy working on 11/26 at 1230 did not even want to look at my instructions and said no, bye. He was miserable, rude and down right disrespectful and refused to give an order that was already paid for as I accepted the order. What a shame that he thinks he can treat people that way.

They did their very best to help me get the buy one get one free deal in the Uber Eats app even though the app was bugging. I really appreciated the service they delivered with a smile and how personable they are! My personal pan pizzas were also delicious. Can’t recommend enough!
