    Stopped here before holiday lights. Waited 25 minutes before I decided to go back to the counter. Our order wasn’t on the screen, and every single employee was goofing off in the back. I waited and waited and waited with other customers for someone to come out. They would look at us and continue to goof off. Finally I get sick of it and loudly ask if they could do their job and come help us. An employee with an attitude bigger than the restaurant came over and said our food would be out. It took another fifteen minutes, and all they did was throw the bag in front of us. We didn’t even know if it was ours. I ripped open the bag and it was. Maybe if they would act like they were at their job instead of acting like fools and having their friends and family hang out at the counter, this location might not be too horrible.

    I never got my burger after they read the receipt while giving us our food because they didn’t know what order we were , there wait time is unethical wait all that time to not even get all my food pop machines are basically down and they never want to answer the phone they put the food out the window and left but corporate needs to go check that McDonald’s out with the way these reviews are yall need either more training or to be fired nowwww

    This restaurant has its highs and lows. The food is okay for what you’re paying for, maybe a little expensive. You can tell the employees don’t care for their job. Every time I came here, they have the most bland and very low energy and you can tell they’re just teenagers who do not care about their job. On the inside, it’s dirty and very small so don’t expect too much.

    I am usually not one to complain but this was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The two lady's at the window were not friendly at all and one taking my order was very rude and kelt sighing after asking if I was done ordering. I visited at a little before 9 pm still two hours before close and they were out of sweet tea. Then I pull up to pay and the window was disgusting so many finger prints on it. I waited about 15 min for my food and as I was waiting in my car i can hear the two ladies complaining about how much they hate their jobs. I drive back home just to realize they didn't make my double cheeseburgers right just put lettuce and no onion or pickle. The double cheese dont even come with lettuce. I live over an hour from this location I just stopped on my way thru town cuz I was hungry so no sense of returning my food but I definitely wont be back to this location

    Decided to give this location another chance after a not so good experience in the past. Bad decision. I waited for over 23 minutes in the lobby for my order. There were only 2 other people in there at the time. I couldn’t get the attention of any workers to find out why my food was taking so long. The kiosk was out of paper as well so I didn’t even know my order number to track it on the screen. A person who looked to be in charge, made eye contact several times then walked away. They seemed much more concerned about the drive thru than me. I saw my 2 Mc Flurries melting on the counter in the back for at least five minutes while people just ignored me. I didn’t have a very complicated order. Several double cheeseburgers , basket of fries , a couple McDonald’s Chickens and a couple apple pies. Finally a worker saw me looking pissed off and asked what I needed. He was able to get my order together but at that point it was too late. The staff there just seem like they don’t gaf about their jobs. I’ll never go back to this location. It’s very sad to see a fast food restaurant go downhill so bad. What happened to good service and the customer comes first? It seems to be a generational thing anymore. And they want $15 or more an hour?? For that kind of service? Shameful…
