Me and my boyfriend mobile ordered and got our drinks, they were both made wrong with no flavoring added and no sugar, just black coffee with milk. My boyfriend asked them to remake both drinks, they remade mine but refused to remake his so he asked for a refund instead which they then denied and claimed that he “always asks for refunds on drinks made perfectly fine” we have been to this location literally 2 other times and he got a refund ONE time, a year ago because they blatantly put regular milk in his drink when he specifically told them he has a dairy allergy and had refused to remake it. They mess up drinks every single time and they’re rude and can barely even understand English. We don’t do this “all the time” as they claimed it was one other time a year and a half ago, maybe instead of being disrespectful and yelling at customers they should take an English course so they can speak properly.
