My husband and I both ordered the Philly Steak sandwich. Mine was fine, but his was just a bun with cheese and steak stuck to outside where it was sliced open - when he opened the bun there was nothing inside the bun!!! I wish I would have taken a photo! We had to track down and waive our waitress over, even though there was barely anyone else in the restaurant at the time. I think we were the only table in her section. She was just as flabbergasted as we were. The manager stopped over to apologize, and I swear he said my husband's meal would "be on them". The waitress returned within 5 minutes with a new sandwich that was much better. But after that, she never returned to our table...no drink refills offered and we had to track her down again to ask for our check so we could leave. My husband literally had to go wait by the waitress station and then stop her as she tried to walk by like she didn't see him standing there. We were super nice about the sandwich and were being understanding because it wasn't her fault, so it wasn't like she was trying to avoid us because we had been rude or nasty. It was just bad service. Because my husband had her run his debit card up at the waitress station, he didn't check the bill first and we were charged for his meal. At that point, we didn't even care because we just wanted to go home. Very disappointed about the service, but the food itself was very good and big portions.
