    This location has gotten worse every day. It was no wonder the place was empty of customers when i went in at 9:30 today. Apparently part of the problem is the apparent policy of not have customers receive counter assistance. I waited I couldnt get help so i left with the gift card that i may never get to use. Buyer beware. The place was very clean but that comes from people going other places that have customer service.

    Ordered a plain hamburger ( which means nothing on it) Came with everything on it!!!! Ordered a mcflurry, 2nd month in row told ice cream still broken. For a new place, not very good.

    Just sat in line in the drive through and got skipped 3 times by the 2nd ordering window. Not sure how this happens in a drive through line. Maybe I'm just hungry.

    Stopped here once driving on the turnpike. Messed up my order. Got a flippant response from staff. Plenty of other options in the area to go to instead.

    Kiosk ripped me off and never printed a receipt but sure charged me 30 dollars. Rose told me come back in after 24 hours even though it said it charged me 2 times on the citi website. Came back it was super busy. Asked for rose she was on the line I understand it was busy but waited 30 minutes no one came to help. Do I waste more time driving back to not get my money?
