The only really good thing is the woman who works in the morning that leaves at 12pm, I'm not sure what her name is. She has so much energy, is so sweet and just the thing you need while being handed a cup of coffee in the morning!! She's quick and efficient and my order is always correct when she's there. That's the positive. The negative is everything that happens when she's NOT working. The establishment is the literal opposite. Slow, inefficient and lifeless. If you go inside, there's 5 people sta ding around doing nothing, making and drinking their own coffee and don't even acknowledge you standing at the counter. At the drive through, you wait and wait just for the order to most likely be wrong and given to you by very bleak individuals. Basically, give that woman a raise and hire people who enjoy their jobs!
