Managers there don’t have the capability of allowing me to explain problems I had with food/another manager. Unwilling to take responsibility, in fact the General Manager REFUSED to even look at the bread they had sent me. They immediately were defensive and dismissive, and acted as though I was screaming at them through the phone about this issue.
