  I personally do not eat McDs because I'm vegetarian, but I deliver for Door Dash and have come to this location several times to pick up for customers and have to say the employees here are top notch. Every time I'm here they are courteous and helpful.

  So I went to this McDonald’s, to get smoothies for the family while there I ordered 2 cheeseburgers down the road pull one out take a bite ice cold. I turn around cause after my long day all I wanted was a hot burger. I head back give them back the two burgers they give me two more burgers I go to pull out the parking lot and pull one out not even thinking they would give me two more burgers that have been sitting out, sure did two more cold burgers and they were all messed up and not even put together, I tried contacting support nothing, tried calling the store nothing I have recently move to the area and idk if it’s the work ethic or people around here just don’t care but idk why it’s so hard to get hot decent food. Not a single one of the 4 burgers were even warm, not even warm. The cook probably cooked a bunch through them in the hot tray to overload it for dinner rush and then that sat there. Just a terrible experience fully staffed plenty of people working and can’t make a warm burger.

  I used the mobile app which is supposed to at least help the employees get ready for the order. I placed the order and got there approximately 10 mins after placing it and I went through the drive thru. I got up to the second window and was asked to go to reserved 3, I waited 45 minutes until I got most of my order I had to go inside to get the kids meal (the last part of the meal) which took an additional 15 minutes to get. While inside an employee had her break meal in the system but not fully complete and left the register to sit at her table to wait; when a seperate employee accidentally erased it (which he apologized for) the female employee on break said it loud enough for all Customers in the lobby “this is bullshit, so much for my break” and went on a little rant which is completely unprofessional and she shouldn’t be working fast food if she’s going to act like that. I got home and the happy meal order was messed up and one of the burgers had hard buns and plastic like cheese. One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The only positive was the African American male working the register who was working fast and hard to do what he could to make sure all customers were as satisfied as they could be. (Side note: yes it was New Year’s Eve and I get busy however 6-8 employees during rush hour is still enough to get things done in my opinion but I’ve also never worked fast food)

  Worse place ever hada sit 10 mins to wait for fries get home and low and behold no god damn french fries get ur shit together ppl holy hell

  If one orders a BACON quarter, you put BACON on said quarter. Also, paying for sauces but not getting sauces is beyond me. They lack common sense. 🤙🏻
