Asked what beverage options available with egg McMuffin combo, because she asked what beverage i wanted. Acts like i'm a martian for asking, so i said coffee. Not only did they upcharge for a regular black coffee, the sandwich was cold with unmelted cheese, and they didn't include the hash brown (apparently that's their signature ripoff - read other reviews). Had to drive back and the deer-in-the-headlights manager finally refunded the upcharge and gave me a hash brown. $8 for a cold sandwich, hash brown and black coffee? No thanks. They blew their last chance

I spoke tobthe manager and she said there are onions on it. I informed her I ordered extra and she laughed at me and started to argue. Unsat as a manager. I asked for my money back and left.
