Place is a joke. Got cold food that was clearing sitting out for an hour and I called the restaurant to see what was up and the “manager” just hung up the phone on me. There’s a GetGo next door. Just do yourself a favor and go there instead. To be fair with this McDonald’s, the food and the service is much better during the day time.

Wouldn’t recommend to a dying person. Did a mobile order as to make it easier on everyone. Apparently the English language was difficult to read this day as 1 nugget meal and 2 burger meals meant 3 burger meals. When asked for the manager to speak with or next chance the store hung up on me. Then proceeded to ignore calls, hang up twice. Then my wife called and was rudely hung up on whenever the person who clearly deserves to be FIRED hung up on her as well. Clearly you as ownership do not care about customers and pnly profit. Your store deserves to be shut down and the building bulldozed over. Get better staff that cares when they make a mistake and actually own it.

This is the ONLY McDonald’s I’ve been to that doesn’t make things right with customers. I will absolutely NEVER return to this McDonald’s and will go out of my way to make sure no one else does either.

I got 2 orders of pancakes last week and they didn’t even microwave the second one is was still thawing. Today I got one order of pancakes and they didn’t even give me utensils. I went in asked for the stuff for the pancakes, guy with a scrunched up hoodie just hands me a fork. These people just don’t care I want unlimited free pancakes after this bruh 😭
