Waited 25 minutes in drive thru to order food with a McDonald’s app code and didn’t even get to order bc the staff screwed up and couldn’t utilize my code so had to leave and come back after 15 minutes to use a new code and still waited 20 minutes to order and wasn’t even able to use the code so went into the store to use the code and staff was unhelpful and rude and still wasn’t able to use

Their service is horrible I was standing for like 10 minutes and no one came to help me and they forgot some of my food that’s why I had to go in

Came here last night for a quick snack. Ordered in store at the Kiosk, and no joke, was waiting at least twenty minutes with at least six other people in the lobby (talk about FAST food). When our food was finally set out, the drink wasn’t with it. Had to flag someone in the back down to get it. (The whole time, one employee was being yelled at for poor service like serving cold fries. She was wearing a neon vest taking food outside, didn’t catch her name).
Really hoped it was just that shifts staff that was poor, so we came back this morning for breakfast. Placed a mobile order, waiting three minutes at the order window just for someone to get to us. Then waited twenty more minutes in line and in a mobile order spot (literally all four cars in front of us were told to pull over and wait…did they have zero food ready?) Food finally came out and drink was AGAIN missing, so had to tell her we didn’t have it before she ran off. So, guess every shift has bad staff

Pathetic experience, first the person who handed us the food threw the fries in the bag. She was acting so rude. Then one of the other guy handed me a cup of coffee that was totally cold. When I went back, their attitude was totally unapologetic and they just told me to wait for the fresh pod to brew. In the kitchen one employee was cribbing loudly about him working at that store and all. All in all, I do not know why people discriminate so much. I would definitely not recommend this place.
