If there are two or more vehicles at drive-thru then every single time I order, and go to pick up the food at window I'm told to park in one of the waiting / reserved spots, where I have to wait five minutes or more. What is the problem waiting for your food at the widow? It's bad practice, and none of the other fast food restaurants do this. So if you only have a little time to grab some food, avoid this McDonald's because you may be late.
