When out in the car, my mom took a sip of her coffee and they never put cream in it. So, back inside I went. The manager looked upset that I had the nerve to even ask for it to be fixed. The girl who took our order in the first place had zero clue as to what was going on. While getting our donuts her shirt sleeve was rubbing against the donuts on the rack beneath. Hopefully others have better luck than we did.

Meanwhile the line was growing and people were complaining. Then the cashier after finally finished their order continued with a conversation with them and.joking around making me wait to order. Then while trying to order she was pay attention to everything else but me and taking with other staff members. She acted like a totally different person from her interaction with the prior people laughing smiling and being friendly to me being rude, curt,no social interaction or smile. All this for a donut that didn't even seem that fresh.
