    52 minutes for a dozen bagels. Not sandwiches... 6 cinnamon raisin, 6 everything - pretty popular ones. Oh and my "13th" was wrong, which was the one I actually picked for myself. Not sure if I'm the fool for waiting 52 minutes, also sitting waiting with the 4 creamed cheeses we purchased, un-refrigerated, or if it's Redhouse for these obnoxious wait times. Not sure how much longer it would have been if I hadn't asked after over 45 minutes (which they said would be about 15 minutes wait) but I think 52 minutes for a dozen bagels, and the wrong 13th bagel is absurd. I asked for a pretzel bagel, which in the case looked like a pretzel, but what I received was basically a plain bagel with a bunch of salt. They say it takes a lifetime to keep a customer and one bad experience to lose one. This is mine. I can't trust going here again having to worry my wait with be this extravagant, and worry my order will be wrong - which sitting there for 52 minutes, I could here I wasn't the only one at all. There are plenty of options out there that I think I'll explore, so due to this experience and what I saw during my time there during my 52 minutes (did I mention I waited 52 minutes?) I can't recommend Red House Bagels for a positive bagel experience.

    They was a pretzel bagel. It was a bagel made from pretzel dough and that bagel is not made from pretzel dough. It’s a bagel with salt. That’s it salt. No one‘s eating it in my family because it’s going to give someone like high blood sugar or something I’m leaving a really bad ruin that because like, why would someone do that also, it was a 50 minute wait for a dozen bagels

    I ordered online like I usually do but this time I forgot to order a sandwich for my wife. When I arrived to pick up my order, I told them I forgot one sandwich and they immediately made the sandwich for me in about 2 minutes. Besides the food and service being great, so is the staff.
