Trash in drive thru lane. They are taking cars out of order.. sitting at the second drive-thru for a long time, another car pulls up into the 1st lane and somehow they get service quickly. I kept trying to get someone's attention but no one answered.

They will have you sitting in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes without saying a single word and will be rude when you say “hello” I understand if you get busy, I’ve worked 8 years in the food industry but this location is just rude and inconsiderate

45-60 mins in the drive thru is crazy, get it together McDonald's. On top of it all they pulled me in the parking lot, forgot about me, had to go inside after sitting in my car for 20 mins. They had no idea what I ordered , even though I gave them my order # at the DT speaker box. They had to ring me in all over again and wait another 10-15 mins.Never again. Wasting my gas and time. No compensation by the manager for the long wait. Terrible all the way around.

Asked for ketchup at the window.
Only was given 2 packets! How cheap are you guys?
Then to top it off, the drive thru attendant is rolling her eyes & acting like I’m inconveniencing her!!!
Meanwhile i’m wasting my break honking at the window instead of eating my lunch on my brief 30 minute break from work.
What happened to the days when you got service with a smile + just a handful of ketchup in bag when you asked!?
UPDATE: Burger wasn’t plain like I ordered & my medium fries aren’t even full. What a joke
