    Hope the owner reads this. At 9:30 pm Friday night I dined here.i dined here my whole life but never again due to the 2 managers that treated me poorly. I gave the female manager the promo receipt for the buy 1 get 1 any sandwich and she gave me disrespectful faces and spoke words I could not understand, then she disappeared to gossip with 2 other managers and brought a male manager over to gossip in another language with him in front of me. Finally I ordered the 2 cheeseburgers using the promo code but the male manager would not give me the 2 sandwiches, instead he made me wait around while completing a survey and my eyes are not good so I had to get my glasses out and read all those questions while standing around hungry. It was ridiculous. He said I could not have the food until I completed a whole new survey. I felt like I was sentenced in a courtroom by these kids who couldn't even speak clear english.

    Ugh where do I start i ordered through door dash from this store I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce and extra onions WELL THE BAGEL IS HARD NO WAY TO EAT IT NO EXTRA ONIONS AND NO EXTRA SAUCE MATTER OF FACT THERE'S NONE NEVER EVER AGAIN
