    Usually decent serving times but they do handle your food with no gloves. Witnessed a worker preparing my burger with no gloves and stretching his head. Tried to submit my problem through the McDonald’s app but it of course crashed.

    I had a problem with my order from the night before and Paige the manager was very helpful and replaced it for me the next day and refunded me she’s very professional and understanding

    Update, don't bother submitting a form from the owners response, they flat out ignore. It's only to appear as if they care. I'm done with McDonald's for a long long time. For awhile this McDonald's was fairly decent. I'm glad to report it's back to the McDonald's standard of small portions of cold fries, missing order items, and a mystery as to what drink you'll end up with. But look on the bright side, after eating the luke warm chicken, you won't be constipated.
