  I had such a great experience thanks to Nicholas! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive from the moment I walked in. He took the time to make sure my order was perfect and even offered helpful suggestions based on what I like. My drink came out amazing — you can really tell he cares about the quality of what he makes. Nicholas’s positive attitude and warm energy genuinely made my day. It’s refreshing to meet someone who clearly loves what they do and goes above and beyond for every customer. I’ll definitely be coming back because of his exceptional service!

  The cafe is busy. While waiting in line, I eyed a table by the window. The staff, Clove, must have seen my desire. She quickly cleaned the table without being asked and smiled at me. I ordered a steak sandwich. Super delicious but I made a little mess. Clove somehow saw that and gave me additional napkins without me asking! Staff service like that in a quick paced cafe is impressive! The environment is a bit noisy which I think cannot be helped. Would definitely come back again!

  Today my friend and I decided to have lunch at one our favorite places to eat in Ardmore - “ MAMAN”. Whenever we walk in , there’s always a great person at the register to greet us. Today we had Amir , he was so friendly -greeted us with a smile and was so patient with taking our order. We’ve been here multiple times and Amir seems to always have a positive energy and is always willing to assist at any time . We also was greeted by Brianna -she was another wonderful, friendly and thoughtful associate at MAMAN. She asked if we were ok and how our visit was today, and I replied “ it was great - we love everyone here - they’re all so nice and provide great customer service -the food is fresh and delicious- and my favorite -matcha latte with the chocolate croissant pistachio-They’re so good!l “ if you’re ever in the area in ARDMORE - please visit MAMAN - the people are great , the food is outstanding , and the environment is clean and well decorated!

  I really wanted to love this place. I drove in from new Jersey after hearing so many great things, and the food was very delicious- but unfortunetly the service make the whole experience uncomfortable. when my sister and I walked up to order, the women at the counter did not look up or great us. After standing there akwardly for a bit she said, "can I help you" in a irritated and annoyed tone. My sister, who's been vegetarian her whole life, asked for a chicken ceaser wrap without the chicken, the women proceeded to laugh at her saying "so.. you want it without the chicken?" This was completely unnecessary and honestly embarrassing. I wanted to order a matcha latte because I saw someone sitting in the cafe with one. On the menu it states "house made syrups." I asked what those flavors were and she acted annoyed again and says "You know... vanilla.. caramel." When I sat down I was dissappointed to see a picture of their special drinks like pumpkin and salted tahini latte. The food was excellent when it arrived super fresh tasting and very well prepared. But when my Matcha Latte came out it was in a plastic to-go cup, even though everyone around my had them served in cute glasses. It was filled to the top, spilling over and when I tried to stir it, it tipped and spilled over the table. I started to clean it myself with napkins -it took alot, and several employe's walked by saw the issue and did not offer to help or acknowledge the situation. I completely understand this was my fault but simply giving me a mop or asking if i needed help would have made a difference. I let them know the situation and said I never even got a sip and asked if it was possible to remake it. He replied "its gonna be awhile... were super busy." I looked over and there wasn't a single person in line. Even when I first walked in (around 3:30, hours before closing) all the pastry labels were removed so i had to ask the same cashier what each one was. She again seemed annoyed, was short and dismissive. It's honestly disappointing because the food here was amazing and the drinks looked wonderful- but kindness and hospitality matter just as much. I came in really excited to try it but left feeling very unwelcoming. I hope the service is taken into consideration because this could be a staple when visiting suburban square.

  I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Their customer service was terrible — they acted annoyed when I asked simple questions and made me feel completely unwelcome. To make things worse, they made snarky, disrespectful remarks about my furry costume and showed clear hostility toward LGBTQ+ people. No one should be treated that way, especially in a place open to the public. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values kindness, respect, or basic decency. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate their customers.
