We asked if we can get four large cups, and we were in the middle of asking for the food to be for here and the dude just walked away. The employees here are not dressed properly, people who are working with the food do not have there hair pulled up. They handed out our food we were missing a double quater punder and our mocha frape. Went up to the front counter waiting 5-10 mins. They saw i was there and still didnt take my order.

I mean do you know how hard it is to get people's endurance claims approved these days. When we sat down and ordered we noticed a HUGE I mean a GIANT rat behind the counter. This rat had whiskers a foot and a half long and must have eaten all the cheese because our burgers tasted awful. as we were leaving the rat started screeching at us and then picked up the phone, next thing you know the police showed up. at least when the rat gets sick with too much cheese United Health Care will reject it's claim and it will get in generational debt.

Accidents happen but ADDING something to the sandwich that wasn't called for is wild.
