- NRNancy Rossi3 days ago1.0I went through the drive thru at the McDonalds location on Pleasant Dr in Center Twp. The cashier was friendly and I tipped him. When I got to the pick up window, it quickly went downhill. My order had 2 Oreo McFlurries in it as well as other items. The male decided to hand mix the ice cream while getting ice cream all over the container and his hands. He brought them to the window all slopped up. I asked him, is it customary for McDonalds to hand mix McFlurries now. He said, no, our machine is buried. The female posing to be the manager waved me off. I pulled away but immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. She said..I am the manager what can I do for you? I started explaining what happened…she said, our machine is broken and that’s the way it goes and immediately hung up on me. I called back…she hung up again and left the phone off the hook and it had a busy signal for the next 30 minutes. I know this is absolutely not how the McDonalds Corp runs their business. Horrible customer service!!!!! Horrible!! Shame on the Aliquippa McDonalds on Pleasant Dr., Center Twp.
