  There is a manager at the Sutherlin McDonalds that is beyond Rude. Nasty Nancy treats her employees like garbage, her customer service skills are severely lacking... As I. She has none. She is rude to customers, slow to do anything resembling her job, and can often be found sitting eating an ice cream while she hollers at the employees. Makes for a horrible atmosphere all the way around.

  Ordered online to pick up and the workers have no idea what they are doing , waited 40 mins for my food and they still did not give me all my food. Fries were soggy and cold. Lettuce was brown and soft. Fries barely had anything in them. This is ridiculous.I will not be returning here. They were very careless and rude!

  Ordered online. Got to the curbside area and were informed the special holiday meals we ordered were unavailable but we could drive over an hour away to get them in Eugene if we wanted. They did not offer to refund the price difference between the holiday meals we ordered and the regular meals we got instead. After a phone call and a very rude conversation with the manager who was interrogating the girl who brought out our order while I was on the phone listening, we had to go back to get the difference refunded. And they weren’t worth the regular price. Fries were cold and soggy, burgers were cold and dry. Will not go back again

  Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Almost every time I go in to order, there seems to be a manager yelling and/or snapping at one or more of their employees. It makes my family and I very uncomfortable any time they are working. I'm not entirely certain on one of their names, but I overheard the name of the one working today, Kristy. (Not certain on the spelling.) No wonder they have such poor service. All the employees must be too afraid to make a simple mistake, in fear they'll be yelled at. Corporate really should do something about this behavior. It should not be tolerated. The only manager I've seen treating the employees with any respect so far is the male manager. (Didn't catch his name yet sadly.) If the owner sees this, I urge you to deal with your poor management team. Poor management equals poor moral, which in turn equals more mistakes and ultimately lower sales/profit margins.
