Went into Safeway with my mom tonight for some bulk shopping. Hannah I believe was her name kept us held up for an hour with a mistake she made. She put both transactions on my card then couldn't figure out how to fix it. She's supposed to be a manager on duty. This was the worst experience. She needs extensive training before she is left alone again. She also decided to have a full mental breakdown as an adult crying. Needless to say we wont be going there again.

Kiefer started at $1.49 each. Now it is $4.49 each. Winco has it for $1.49 each. It was the only thing I bought at Safeway.

Very unprofessional when you ask for a manager to assist you and they refuse to come out of the office. Hannah was said to be a manager but also refused to help check saying " i have workers to do that." She has to be new because she doesn't know what customer service means. We were also told by the guy at the front desk the store director was the one unwilling to leave the office and help us. It seems in the last year this store has just became worse than I ever remember. I will now be traveling to Winco.

They are insanely expensive. Some products are $2 or $3 more than other grocery stores or Walmart. Their selection of quite a few items is not that good. Only shop here when I have no other choice. Groceries are expensive enough without their price gouging added on.
