  Ordered the 3 meat plate, which had teriyaki chicken, kabi and riblets with a side of rice and mac. Everything was delicious and the food came out promptly, an employee brought us over some more teriyaki and Sriracha sauce. The drinks were refreshing, i got a pineapple black tea and also a bit of lychee green tea. Definitely will come again when im in the area. No pics because we devoured our plates.

  Staff was super friendly and helpful! Before I had a question about my order, the server came and took care of everything before I even had to ask! They pay attention to their customer's satisfaction! Food came out so fresh and fast too. It's amazing food! In House made Teryaki and corse black pepper on the rice made the dish! Thank you guys for your amazing food and service!

  Was a great place to eat, wished I took pics of the food. Friendly people, checking to make sure everything tasted and was good being my first time eating here. Reminded me of a Japanese place I ate at years ago.

  This place is NOT good. I understand it’s a chain and caters to “local” tastes around here but that doesn’t make it good local “Hawaiian” food, which it advertises. Chachas no longer had a brick and mortar off Coburg, Uncle Kalani is closed on weekends and I didn’t feel like driving to Tita’s in south Eugene (I should have!), so I ordered DoorDash and this was the only Hawaiian food that looked viable. As a gal who grew up with Hawaiian food, I promise you that this is NOT it. Flavors were bad. Even the musubi was bad. Both kinds of musubi I tried = bad. It’s edible I suppose but for the price point this is NOT worth it. Even Panda Express makes better teriyaki chicken than this. Their short ribs were bad. Everything was so bad, but because it was DoorDash, I can’t say anything about the service. I’m sure they’re nice people with just horribly bad “fake” bland haole recipes. Islanders, we know better than to eat here. We don’t go to places like this. And you know what? I knew better than to try to eat this food. That’s on me. I say try because I’m not finishing any of that bad food. I’ll stick to real Hawaiian food, thank you very much. Even “Hawaiian style” food is immensely better than this. I’m sure they’re nice people with good service (but I did DoorDash) so 2 stars. The food is horrible if you know what Hawaiian food is. This is the first time anyone has messed up a plate lunch this badly on me. Wow. And I’ve been in Oregon awhile. For the price point, the bad quality of the “Hawaiian” food is just indefensible. Yuck. Look at the musubi! My six year old nephew makes it better than this actual restaurant. Not worth it. Made me nauseous. Quality is so low. I took photos of how it arrived. It’s criminal to charge people this much for such bad food.

  I had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. You can really tell they care about quality and service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this place to friends and family! Compliments to the chef (Ian) that made my family’s HUGE meal.
