The baristas are all kind and have even learned my goto order and they all will chat with you especially after I’ve taken the time to get to know them as well. The place is always clean and inviting. Happy to give them a 5 star review!

That said, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude or disengaged. I’m rarely acknowledged, which doesn’t feel great as a customer. Drinks take a long time to make and often aren’t hot when they’re finally served. And somehow, they always seem to be out of the Pig Newtons. I stopped going for about a year and recently gave it another try, hoping things had improved, but unfortunately it was the same experience. I genuinely want them to succeed, which is why I’m still rooting for this place. Giving it 4 out of 5 purely for potential.

The manager should consider one’s communication skills more in the hiring process. (The person with the brown hair/beard and nose piercing practically accused me of stealing a 3$ drink after I had paid for a 40$ meal and good tip)
