    My hamburger has not been cooked correctly the last couple times we have ordered there. The staff has been super rude. I'm gonna say completely going down hill. Wish someone would do something about this already

    Apparently, they do not pay much attention to customers in the dining room these days. I was the only customer in the dining room. I ordered my meal using their kiosk, took my number and waited over ten minutes for the table food delivery that did not come. When I managed to get the attention of someone in the kitchen, the order was found somewhere back there in a bag. I have no doubt that it would have continued to sit there had I not pressed the issue. The now lukewarm order was handed over the counter to me with a "here" and when I complained about this service and attitude to the manager (who was not in the kitchen), all I got was a "sorry." This is our local McDonalds, I have supported this business since it opened but I am not sure when I will be going back.

    Talk about being so inpersonable, you walk in and there is no one to greet you, tou have to order at a kisko machine, and not very impressed

    Went through the drive thru around 8 pm and ordered some mc doubles and a kids happy meal. Needless to say none of us are happy. We all have stomach cramps, we are puking and have diarrhea. My 2 year old threw up all over himself in our car. Check your food quality steps or for possible recalls on items you sold us.
